Overview on tools delivered with SL Toolset 1.0 SPS 15
Availability: SL Toolset 1.0 SPS 15 is available since October 20th 2015.
What's in:
- compared with SPS 14, no new tool joined the SL Toolset 1.0
- compared with SPS 14, only SUM 1.0 was delivered with a new SP-level

Software Update Manager 1.0 SP 15
Offering
- Consolidation of different software logistics tools into one unified software logistics tool
- Runtime reduction: Higher degree of parallelization for certain phase types
- Downtime reduction: Enhanced Shadow System capabilities for specific use cases
- Combine SAP system update with migration to SAP HANA (DMO: database migration option)
Changes with SL Toolset SPS 15
- Support for scenarios with target system based on SAP NetWeaver 7.5
Note
- For all other scenarios, SUM 1.0 SP 14 has to be used
- SUM 1.0 SP 16 will support all scenarios, and will be unique (expected in Q1 2016)
